u guys know right TM will always spin pusing-pusing their statement. most likely on retail store vs telemarketer vs booth scenario
so the best things before u guys proceed with anything, force them to printout the modified order details
from there u will know your standout point of what will be subscribed. showing package on the laptop/monitor doesnt side u in the future. they can always spin and spin
they will give thousand excuses not to print for example like those details were P&C... just force them to print it... as for me my arguement with them : i need all the details printed with TM Unifi letterhead ( in formal way ). regardless of what u say its p&c or whatsoever, we subscriber that will be bind to contract need to know exactly and have b&w of what we will subscribe. Then only the manager print out the modified order details because normal staff wont have access to print it

Like mine its already stated clearly
1- what package given in my cases 500mbps free speed upgrade 1gbps 24mth. see the commitment date
2- the discount started date
3- waiver 6 month comitment date started and ended
when u have this kind of stuff, then only u can easily fight them in the future incase they spin around again & again
