if u still could not get the turbo upgrade u have to demand them to give u a report number. My case also same and they refuse to give me 1 so i threaten them to give me a report number.

My package 800mbps upgraded to 1gbps.

why is twitch connection in malaysia still so dogshit? no matter how many times speed upgrade i get it will still randomly buffering that can only be fixed with refresh. whose at fault here unifi or twitch amazon server??

I think u were SWU3.0 800mbps user upgraded from 500mbps. So SWU4.0 500mbps upgraded to 1gbps directly because no more 800mbps plan. Mean 10X Turbo 800mbps upgraded from 100mbps not eligible for 1gbps upgrade, the reason why it's cancelled.. already RM109. Sound fair.

Mine is not swu. My 1 is from 50mbps free speed upgraded to 100 800 and now 1gbps.

Make habit to access control panel using computer. Use chrome + any view password extension. Then u can view any password behind asterisk. No need to call support. In ZTE ONU only can see onu password but can't see decrypted 6 digit voip password, only blank.

Rm250 + the viu pack i forgot the name. This package was from they announce the 50mbps.

800mbps turbo, RM250+viu.. still no speed upgrade in 2025... no free android TV box also. Only gt the old white HyppTV box.. I don't know if they gonna charge more, or force me to extend the contract if I ask for the new Unifi TV box

U should ask them for your speed upgrade already. It is supposed to be done 6 months ago. Make sure u receive the report number also if not they will keep silent. Is your hypptv box with wifi? I think this is latest.

I think I'm gonna downgrade to 500mbps instead, 1gbps upgrade is not even worth it for that price... but before downgrading I wanna ask them if I could still get my free black UnifiTV box that I should've gotten years ago, because the new 500mbps package doesn't come with UnifiTV subscription and a free android box... been trying to do this for months... but always busy, no time to visit TM point

the white HyppTV box is wifi, the box was originally LAN only before the UnifiTV firmware update years ago, but you can't sideload apps anymore... the box came with the previous package before the turbo 800 speed upgrade in 2018
