  Hi, anyone can advise what's up with this? Anyone experienced with this? Kinda really pissed off with TM. Got whatsapp from unifi that eligible for free upgrade 1Gbps with no contract, i opted yes, filled online form, got called from them before Christmas , i said yes...and yesterday got this message from them...canceled and said cant proceeds!! Any advice much appreciated ! Thank you |

Never touch SWU and anything similar ...I don't mind if I'm not eligible from the beginning , since I didn't push anything towards it.....the issue was, I was offered by TM, I agreed , and suddenly cancelled....! That's not acceptable !! Anyway TM people called this morning, its from my local TM Point....they still investigating why it was canceled bla bla and gave them 14 Business days to answer....and tries to trick me to close the case first.....which I refused . Lets just say how it plays out....calling 100 just not an option...the line always bz.! *sigh |
