Anybody else facing extreme slow internet?

Direct speed test from router only 90mbps…

what router you use if you use tm router its problem not unifi you need to do restart router
if you don't want trouble buy you own router

My own router. TUF AX3000.

Seems intermittent but ping is high….

Unifi says i am now upgraded to 800 Mbps but i do speed test on my LAN connected PC, speed only 480Mbps same as before.
Already complained before and they came to replace the Huawei white box BTU with a new BTU and Wi-Fi router all in one.
Told them to just run the new AIO as a BTU and leave my current Archer C7 as the main router. The Lan PC is hooked up to the Archer.
What could be the problem?

when the techs came and replace - did they not do any check/confirmation of 800Mbps (via LAN) first before service completion sign-off?

In May 2024, I went to downgrade my unifi package and resign two years contract go get a cheaper rate

From June to October, unifi is charging me free

Is this some sort of promotion?

The staff who help me to downgrade never tell me anything

Can you check what is the port speed that's connected to the modem? Should be 1Gbps.

Can you also post both your download and upload speed, as well as your subscribed speed?

Even better, post the whole speedtest result.

What's the upload speed you are getting? Is it 200+ Mbps or lower?
Can you try reconfiguring that TM device to work in router mode and test? Just to rule out your TP-Link.

From your upload speed, the HQoS profile on the OLT and PPPoE account is most likely correct.

Do you have QoS configured on your TP-Link that somehow limit the speed?
Maybe some other setting that you changed previously? If I'm not mistaken enabling some of the features will disable NAT acceleration.

need to check the QOS setting but i think i turned it off.
