Got my public IP reinstated.

I actually submitted request in 2021 for public IP, which was approved. I only lost it after the upgrade from TM to "Unifi Home 300Mbps - Pro Upgrade"

RM 99 for 300mbps + public IP is quite nice

hi all, I am using unifi 100mbps. How do I know I am getting a non public IP? sorry for the stupid question.

Now what are SWU4.0 package ? does it include free calls ?

Go to this site: https://www.whatismyip.com/

Then compare your router pppoe WAN ip address.

If both same means you get public IP.

Or else, different ip, you getting private ip aka non-public IP.

Dud hardcore user la you. Even my monthly usage hardly reach 1TB. hahaha

Dude, eversince my NAS kaput, the monthly bandwidth usage reduced drastically. Hahaha. The lowest I hit is around 180GB++, highest is 700GB as per current time.

The fcuk. Hahaha. But I believe there will be some user who maybe reach over 10TB and above. I am still light user lorh.

That's the beauty of NAS. Little buddy do the work. Just set a VPN, that's it.

I assume u don't have any smart device contract yes? or your previous plan got unifi tv?

No smart device contract.

Previous plan got unifi tv package ; RM199. 300mbps + Unifi TV Ultimate (Upgraded to 500mbps)

I want to ditch unifi tv entirely and just pay for fibre (RM139 : 500Mbps). CS told me not possible. I remember seeing some here able to get fibre only for SWU 4.0. Is it possible tho?

Cheapest UnifiTV plan is RM30. So in total would be RM139+RM30.

some of my office staff received offer like:

100mbps to 300mbps + netflix + wifi6 router (rm139)
100mbps to 300mbps + upb + wifi6 router (rm149)

all offer this weekend. for almost end contract i believe
