already got SWU 4.0? If me on 300Mbps + Unifi Tv Ultimate paying RM189.75 monthly, what saving could i get by applying SWU 4.0? currently looking down on shaving some expenses on internet since under utilizing the speed and seldom watching UnifiTV.. I was actually planning to terminate Unifi and go for Maxis or CelcomDigi offer since they were much more cheaper deal..

If i understand correctly for my packages, even if I terminate my UnifiTV package, the bill wont go any lower right since it is bundled together?

Yes my 800mbps also not showing the upcoming upgrade notification to 1gbps anymore. Are we expected to go to tmpoint manually to switch to SWU4.0 or I wonder of we should wait further.

Referring to your support regarding free speed upgrade query, we have acknowledge on the said matter.

Upon checking with our system, we found that account under unifi 800Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018). Please be informed that the migration to Ultra Speed (1Gbps and 2Gbps) will be executed starting 2024. Hence, we deeply appreciate the patience and time on this issue.

However, if you interested to change package, please be informed that the contract period will be refreshed to 24 months regardless if you are within or beyond contract. The penalty for account termination during minimum subscription period is the remaining months of broadband monthly subscription fee.

Upon change to another packages, you will not be entitled to get Speed Upgrade.

Did a quick check, it did slow down a bit on OSM (site i use), also dns resolving is bit slower too...

Makes you wonder something changed at backend from before to now...

I went to TM point today as my contract end few days ago.
TM CS told me there are not any 6 months fee waived package.
I may switch to Maxis which they can offer rm129 300mbps with 6 months fee waived.
