I also received the invitation SMS yesterday for my Digi number but I got lazy need to eKYC. One day I will do it.

Yes, it does up to my expectation..
Home : 5G
Other places on my location : some places 5G and some 4G
Both fast and im satisfied with it 🙂

got email regarding my monthly bill. but when I check the app, bill still RM0. how many days for the app to reflect the bill? my monthly cycle starts on 18th.

For legacy Celcom Xpax if extend one day validity for RM 1, it’s for 24H or will expire by daily 12am?

if extend 1 day, then your line will be active till tomorrow full day, just like digi.

In my Digi Prepaid NEXT account there r 2 Free Internet credits:
a) rm1 balance expiring in 12 days time
b) rm15 balance expiring in 27 days time.
IF I am to purchase a rm1/day unlimited data BOS offer, which balance would be deducted?

Just checking… has anyone ever encountered this issue where you can’t get OTP/TAC from a specific provider? Just ported one of my work number to CD Postpaid SE few months back and until now I couldn’t get some of the TAC messages. Most banking apps I can receive but specific ones like Grab and even Celcomdigi’s own official website also I didn’t receive any TAC messages. I’ve reached out to them but so far no response yet as they’re still checking.

I don’t think so because I’m able to receive OTP from UOB which uses that number. Tbh idk what number they’re using for CelcomDigi.
