yes, just received update on this, they have unblock my account with no further explanation.

i have contacted via their in apps chat to complain, then they will issue a support ticket to resolve the issue, they do unblock me the next day after complaint, but i have not received any explanation for why they block me.
if u got any explanation feel free to share with us.
