I think only those who are selected can see the GX logo on the bottom left of their Grab app.

I also saw that logo & clicked on it & was instructed to download the GX app & I could right away create myself an account, deposit the RM100 & get RM20 instantaneously.

I can register, but I did not manage to link with Grab account yet. Maybe after next Grab app update. Also there's FAQ on applying for physical/virtual card on the GX App, but that feature is not yet in the app.

No necessary requirements to have Grab. You'd just miss out on getting rewards and stuff, but you still get the bank's 3% current acct rate

Most likely those who are Grab highest tier will be selected 1st 🤦‍♀️ but definitely nothing to shout about the interest because it will be tracking identical to OPR

Tried their transfer and receive function, works flawlessly!

Got their First RM100 deposit (RM20) and DuitNow registration (RM8) reward.

P/S: First RM100 deposit only works with the deposit/FPX function, not applicable for transfers from DuitNow to your GX account directly.
