Looks like some local banks don't trust GX or suspicious about it.

I tried to transfer RM10k from HLB using GX app... received numerous error messages with some codes. I thought maybe HLB duitnow offline or maintenance issues.

Then, I tried CIMB to transfer ... didn't go through and message came out that this transaction denied due to suspicious activity and expect a call from our officer soon.

tested hlb, rize, uob, mbb, pbb, mbsb & sc transfer- no problem.
if you first time transfer and save fav, then cannot. some got 12h or 24h cool down period. however u can use duitnow via ic or mobilephone , sure can

Maybe a lot people flocking to GX and started moving money out to gx. Triggered the block.. 🤣

I use "Add Money" in my GX app to tfs to my GX account.

Anyway after CIMB called me to verify, they let it through after I re-try. Didn't re-try HLB.

Mine also took about 1 week to approved.since I said I am a retiree, they asked where my source of income and request for my bank statement. I gave them both and I got my application approved yesterday.gotten my rm28

Probably scared using the GX Bank as platform for keeping scam or illegal gain money 😁

I mean application processing, mine is almost an hour already and they are still processing my registration application.

Well at least that’s good for GX Bank. Managed to link it to Grab today; hope other basic services like DuitNow Scan and Receive functions be implemented within these few weeks.

There should be a banner or a “add account” function next to your GrabPay wallet in the Financial tab. Tried doing it yesterday but didn’t appeared, looks like it was only enabled today.

just look at their rival Rize....really meltdown GG... all got problem

So they finally approved my application today, after 6 days.

At least I got the RM28 in time...

that is because today rize screw up
1. missing interest
2. money withdraw but did not arrive bank
3. withdraw from pot to main account- got error
4. cannot login -phone root
5. they stop duitnow services....no withdrawal
and many more....its a disaster on rize now
