Not Rize 🤦‍♀️ because same cut off time for interest calculation with GX bank

Plus why on earth you want risk moving money in and out often through Rize 🤦‍♀️ since it is buggy as it will lose your money in transit instead while paying transaction fee 🤦‍♀️

i still havent get the rm20, registered 2 days ago.
anything i missed? did same steps as you

rize promo end on 31 dec. System so unstable. everytime withdraw from pocket to main acc, sure timeout but transaction successful. Fun part is no transaction record. quite scary when using rize. not to forget on interest deposit issue by some user. let see tomorrow if many people complain on no interest deposit.
gxbank is much more smooth and stable

GX is stable because they got dedicated team while replicating tried and tested system in GXS 🤦‍♀️ while Rize is outsource their backbone hence unstable

So far GX is much more pleasing albeit missing some important features which are coming soon and hopefully the interest will goes up once they have bigger DUM with more transactions and users

normally automatic passed. look like your is fall to manual review due to issue on ic, face, etc
registration wont take more than 5 min

Just downloaded the app (iOS) and registered earlier. Got the account approved within 5 minutes (make sure that there is minimal reflection or a bright white light while taking the front and back of your IC). Reloaded RM100 from existing account and got RM20 immediately (you will also receive an email on this reload and cashback). Link DuitNow ID (I use IC) and got another RM8 cashback.

How long did you get your account approved?

I chased them and got it done after 3 days.. Similar to another account I did. In fact, funny story, even when it's done, they kept calling me 3-4 times a day just to tell me it's been approved. By then, I've long completed the process, got the cash rebate and uninstalled the app.

Have you contacted them? That should always be priority. Because in my experience, they are very responsive so far.

what's so exciting about this other than the rm20 + 8 reward actually?

3% p.a. interest on all balances with cash-like liquidity, credited daily.

will consider moving all here if or once rize remove their promo

rize 4% but with buggy solution sometimes interest will go missing but they normally manage to recover it after few days
i taking my chances with Rize since is 1% higher

so dangerous with Rize wihich is unstable

I contacted them once this week, and I contacted them again today. They said they will expedite it. And if the problem still unsolved, call them back tommorow.
