Speaking to CS now. I didn't get rejection nor approval confirmation. Nothing at all. Stuck at 3 scenarios.

Under review - nothing happened for hours
Login - says notification sent to my "other" device
Create Account - already have an account

I chased them and got it done after 3 days.. Similar to another account I did. In fact, funny story, even when it's done, they kept calling me 3-4 times a day just to tell me it's been approved. By then, I've long completed the process, got the cash rebate and uninstalled the app.

Have you contacted them? That should always be priority. Because in my experience, they are very responsive so far.

Mine also took about 1 week to approved.since I said I am a retiree, they asked where my source of income and request for my bank statement. I gave them both and I got my application approved yesterday.gotten my rm28

Just wondering if there are any debit card without annual fees which give at least 1% cashback in Malaysia?

I don't like CC, just debit cards...
