can anyone confirm on this where grabfood/grab car cash back on GX is not allowed?

I CAN PAY with my card directly. In the payment methods for grab, there are options - making payment by GRABPAY Wallet or Card. I chosen Card, money directly deducted from my card. If you choose GRABPAY and auto top up from card, that one is paid by GRABPAY i understand. Mine is not that case. Mine is directly paid by card.

I checked with my friend, he said the card is rolling out in phases.

Mine also nothing yet.

Your friend is working with GX Bank?

they're trialling by batch. if dont have means you're not part of that batch yet. eventually you should get it

I dont see any case where you will get cashboard on grab services - whether you pay by card, linked account or using any other method. you only get 1.5x reward points, plus free 6 months grab unlimited. that's about it.

I'm not working with GX Bank but can tell you also the card is rolling out in phases too Our members here talking more than a week the same issue.

I am in the 1st batch Debit Card. Received notification from GX Bank on 20 Jan 2024 that my card is on the way.. until now, yet to receive and my delivery address is in KL City. Sending such a big batch by CityLink is a bad idea. They are not known for being efficient.

So, 2nd batch still long wait lah

2nd batch application to be started after CNY.

App updated but still not showing the debit card

someone said using CityLink is cheaper if in bulk delivery...

I’m having problems linking my GX account to my Grab.

What’s the issue usually?
It just says “Something went wrong”.
Didn’t even load, it just showed the error screen.

uninstall grab app and clear your grab cache

Those who got your debit card, what is your app version? And for those who havent whats yours? Wondering wheter its released through app version update or just inside the app

nothing to do with app version - not sure how they do their selection - first come first serve i think..
