they can only spare certain limited resources for gxbank + balance for their other clients too

so, gxbank gotta 'throttle' from the app side first. the vendor learnt their lesson from TNG visa card launch


citylink will get hit eventually cuz sudden shipment surge triggered from card vendor.

not forget ECOM payday sales on 25th and their other clients too.


just wait lor. sooner or later it will open to all, unrestricted, once the load reduces to manageable level .

No markup on fx rates, so it's the same promo that TnG ewallet visa is having now... (haven't verify)

why i never received cash rebate since day one? made diff purchase - like zoom, chat gpt, grabfood n grabcar (directly linked to gx card) etc

made directly on debit card? has the transaction cleared (no longer in processing)? if still in processing will only get next day once cleared

Doesn’t matter whether virtual or physical 🤦‍♀️ as long as eligible retail spend and e-commerce cashback applies

sorry my mistake - i checked back my past records seems like virtual card should get cashback as long as fit their terms and conditions - no topups, no payment to govt entities, etc. Check out their site T&C its listed what is excluded.

I made some online purchases using the virtual debit card via shopee & lazada and got my cashback once the transaction cleared (no long showing "processing" for that transaction in the gxbank app).

If you did such purchase, its cleared and did not get cashback - reach out to the CS.

Just received my card as well today. The City-Link Airway Bill has a date of 26 Jan 2024 .. GX Bank informed me on 20 Jan 2024 that my card is on the way. So, I think the delay is with GX Bank. They probably didn't get the card ready to be collected by City-Link until 25 or 26 Jan 2024.

Too much backlog by the vendors too ..
