i dunno mine which batch. but today my grab unlimited renewed for 3 times. times passed so fast, another 3 times to go.
already 6 days have passed - notification card has been sent. 8 days after applied

Anyone received their debit card ? I've ordered since Day 1 they announced the availability of debit card, till now still not received.

check your mailbox if havent already. mine received there with no calls from the courier. if not there, contact their CS for help.

you are not the first one that not yet receive. They say sent out on (20 Jan- but it is saturday). most likley i think monday. So with malaysia pos lambat service, should be next week. u cannot compare with shopee/lazada delivey service.
cs response is trying their best however it all depend on city link express

Asked CS already. Similar response. Just say delay due to huge volume. Expected to receive between 29 Jan -2nd Feb

i think i applied on 19th if not mistaken. got my card 2 days ago (25th Jan). It's in my mailbox - no calls from courier at all so if you haven't checked your physical mailbox do check if its there.

i got an update that my physical card delivery extended from 25 jan to 1 feb

Same here too. I think it was never sent out 20 Jan 2024 when I received the first notification that it is on its way.

Stupid Grab. Can't transfer money from GX to grab wallet even after they are linked...
what if I have grabpay as the only e-wallet on my device and I want to pay via QR code? They should at least have a QR code payment function.

it wont be easy as maybank got partnership or grab cc and saving acc. just a matter of times. however u cn use gxbnk as direct payment so no need to reload

Yes they are phases as some internal GX staff haven’t even got their card yet

You are not the 1st batch 🤦‍♀️ as you are on the early bird public to apply the card which consider as already 3rd batch itself

Those who register GX bank during Nov will be 3rd batch which is the early birds to apply the card 1st

Just wait because they will rollout QR hopefully next month once the card integration is done

I am actually one of the latecomers to gxbank. i registered after christmas. I believe selection process might be somewhat random? or based on how much we deposit inside the account (i didnt deposit an exorbitant amount, 4 digit) - not sure if that mattered to them
