Once a DCT and 6-8 auto gear torque converter, no more CVT. Doesnt matter what brand, driving not best only FC better since less power lost + Keep on engine torque range. But if u went to auto gear workshop repair, u will see a lot of CVT gb under repair especially after hit 150k km mileage and above. Cost wise not cheap, starting at rm4k onward for belt replacement

Bro, somehow i think the steering rack issue come from owners…especially who like to turn max to max…or parking in uneven/non level place and no turn straight back the steering…

I also prefer AT/DCT, but won't condemn CVT so bad
most of the time CVT issue is bcuz user didnt change oil frequently, and most manufacturer recommended CVT oil change mileage is too far apart
my old Saga FLX drove close to 180k km, CVT still fine, and I'm the type that abuse it, always red line and get CVT overheat warning
if it's user problem, why is it only more prevalent in H cars? mmg is H quality issue

Bought Iriz 1.6 Premium used unit. Maybe Punch CVT make me hate cvt in total cz it sound like cheap car especially on start stop slow driving. The booming sound, not sure how to explain is too loud. But once hit 90kmh ok already. Cvt oil change done, cvt adaptation also done at reputable workshop

Very strange those civics,accord used over 15k miles without changing cvt oils or even filters n seems their mileage can be beyond 170k km.
Here after 5yrs warranty, was advised to chang every 20k km n every 80k km change filters

One thing i learnt is once u had jerking on some occasion or u can repeat it, mine at speed 50-60 jerking, that a sign of belt already not ok. SC die2 taici said still ok and they only claim warranty if the gb 100% malfunction only. Cut short, spend rm4k for belt replacement

he plugs the device into his car USB and the system detects it.
what if u plug the same thing into a proton and nothing happen? what if the USB just don't support such device?
