Now norm is steering rack replacement every 6 months interval. Like EO already. They bring so called new updated rack but from view, problem still persist. In Civic FE Fb group, many letgo their within 1 year usage, from comment fed up with rack, hard and not comfortable seat for long distance and guess what, NVH also main reason

Started with FC, now all model affected. Cronies vendors? City owner who is my office colleagues, 4 times already changed steering rack, still had issues after 6-8 months usage.
