How many years did he stay at Impian Height?

Did he regret buying house at Taman Impian Emas?

Are there any other good or bad experiences you'd like to share about Taman Impian Emas?

254A is the NSE interchange for impian emas/senai airport city (ecoworld business park) i mentioned in my earlier post here.

Make it 20mins. The econsave intersection can be a pain in the ass. After office hours, allow 30mins.

Econia is 5-8mins from 254A exist

Should the Impian Emas developer consider introducing a condominium in 2024?

I recently discovered that Taman Setia Indah and Taman Setia Tropika are only 13 kilometers apart, which is about a 30-minute drive, making them quite close to each other.

Bandar Dato Onn is situated between these two neighborhoods.


This suggests that these 3 housing projects are in a strategically advantageous location, as developers would not invest in acquiring land and developing a township unless the location was promising.

Just like how you don't need to build swimming pools because people who want to swim or learn to swim will find a place to swim even without a swimming pool? Klang River, anyone?

The idea is to encourage people to exercise. If you notice, when there's a park, you'll see people exercising. Don't you feel sad/worried seeing people or your kids jog or run at roadside? Good habits start from young. Where else is better to get our kids started than a neighbourhood park?

The same goes for pedestrian-friendly walkways. Have you ever considered walking to nearby destinations, then "nah, I don't want to twist my leg or get hit by cars?" Or you think people who want to walk will walk regardless of the walkway conditions?

If you visit Sinkie one day, visit one of their neighbourhood parks or stadiums. There's a reason they build so many when land is so expensive.

not too sure, but I tried searching it on news on the day I saw the obituary
nobody reported about it

the chang family has always been very low profile, very very rich family

similar with the Foh Chong family, there will be some development ard anggerik Emas, but not sure when, they suka suka develop then only will post for sale

If you like fast food, Setia tropika is the best... Have everything. Starbuck, coffee bean, KFC, McD, Pizza hut, Vivo, Subway, Burger King....
If you like chinese food, chinese cafe, then impian emas.
Anggerik emas is old development, back then they get those toto and magnum shop... now not easy to get license for these shop.

Johor is not like KL or Singapore. A word of advise, stay away from condo.

Nah, just like how I learn to swim in an abandon mining lake, swim for my school and uni.

U can build whatever u want and if the person do not go to exercise, nothing will happen.

There is will, theres a way. There is no will, there is no way.

We are talking about here, not Sinki, for all I care what they build there as Im not living there. Sweden or Finland next ?

But mostly condo in jb only 300 K to 450 K
