There is that road at the north circle there that goes all the way to Taman Bintang Utama intersection (near Econsave), but I don't know what the traffic's like.

There are no 1 size fits all, something that is priority to me may not be your priority
It also depend where you will be travelling to work or to leisure.

Setia Tropika, Bandar Data Onn then follow by Kempas Utama and Kempas Indahis the closes to the EDL highway towards city. This highway uses to be very convenient but now it is always jam, causing +30mins delay.

Taman Impian Emas is closer to the skudai highway, so it is nearer if going towards iskandar puteri area.

Another note is that this area is pass by power cables. If you are very particular with it best to check how close you are to those tower. My understanding is Setia Tropika is of some distance, Kempas Utama is besdies it... Impian Emas and Kempas Indah for some of its taman is very close

Yup, I guess that is the one. Part of the road is upgraded due to the development of business/industry park by ecoworld.
The traffie becomes worst towards Econsave, as it is a smaller road waiting for traffic light cutting to the bigger road at Jalan Seelong towards Senai airport road.

Ya.Maybe people avoid impian emas because power transmission tower.

For the later phases. You got it right there.

Older phases which are nearer to southern college/ jln skudai side very ok.

This November, they plan to launch a 4+4 layout double-storey terrace house with a size of 24x80 in Zone 10-D1.


I do not know if the land is near a power transmission tower or not.

I will be visiting the land from November 1st to November 4th.

Have a good survey. If you are coming from kempas/ setia tropika (edl) side, take the drive in from impian emas petronas.

You can see to towers on your right (correction).

May I know who the developer of Taman Anggerik Emas is?


I discovered that the Taman Anggerik Emas has Pizza Hut, Sports Toto, and Magnum 4D.


Interestingly, Taman Impian Emas has been around for many years, yet it doesn't even have one fast-food restaurant.

Not sure, i know zone 10 is the iconia series. Been there.
