Hi, Here's the update
Sadly i can't upgrade to SWU 3.0 [300mbps rm119 one] due to my smart device is bind with my current plan eventho AFAIK it should be a separate contract. So even i want to downgrade or upgrade, i have to pay the penalty for the TV [Sharp 4K 60" inch] which is bit mafan [they consider as a new plan], so i stuck for another year but i'll pass down to my sisters to pay once they have jobs. As for staff service for TM Batu Lintang, they super chill and understands my current account situation. They have a similar case when a customer want to switch to SWU but his/her laptop contract still bind so have mati2 pay the penalty for the smart device.

i have so many mesh add-ons on my account, but twice upgraded fibre, they just tell me to just continue to pay as the add-ons are separate contracts even if dependent on the fibre....

A quick question for users who already installed SWU successfully. How long it takes before you guys receive the appointment message? How many working days?

This depend on your area installers and applications. Mine received same day, next day installation done.

Is this SWU 3.0 the same thing as Fahmi mentioning bringing internet prices down? I'm on Unifi Turbo Upgrade 500 Mbps with Aneka TV pack, for RM179. Definitely want to get cheaper deals now.

Dont forget the 6months waiver, that is a saying as well

I see. I think my application got problem which the TM CS cannot solve. She said my account has no order while my unifi portal got one new order. Their system still as lousy as usual. I will wait until next week Monday or Tuesday, if still no update, I will go to the TM point where I did my application and ask them what's going on.

Any1 with unifi 100mbps Private ip facing packet loss at noon time till nite recently?

Speedtest.net only with TM server can get full 100mbps while other server like TIME , YTL , Umobile max get 50mbps only
Fast.com also getting 50mbps only

I guess because during UniFi Mobile, many joined to get cheap 4G Huawei Modem and ran away, so they lose money as just pure modem seller lol.
As mesh the OEM price is much much lower, so they kind of nah~ and let you change plans then.

Yours is small case. Mine lagi gila. My unifi app got one order. My unifi portal also got one order. But both of them got different dates. Then when I chat with Maya, the Maya system itself shows me 3 orders. All same title with different dates as well. When clicking those 3 orders, Maya said no status. And that's not the end. I livechat with TM customer service, she claimed that my account doesn't have any order.
