Got mine as well. My advice for current unifi sub that been for years, whether you in contract or not, just go tmpoint, have a chat with them, try ur luck. They will kindly consider u guys, since they also want to retain us as their customer.

300mbps / rm119 / waive 6 months / 1 year temporary 500mbps / free wifi 6 mesh

The technician come to my house said, all 4 houses he did today, all the same changes in package above. hahahah

My current plan is 300mbps for 129 and it's been out of contract for a long time, they offered me a 6 months waiver and a temporary speed upgrade + router, both of which I don't need, but wanted to raise the price to 149. This was supposed to be a better deal but it just feels like they were trying to scam me. Contemplating between switching to Maxis or waiting for the news, what would you do?

walk in to tmpoint today they offer 119 for 300mbps but must take their unifi postpaid which i dont wish to take.. is there any other way?

Recently changing plan from Super Value YEP 2019 (300Mbps) to SWU 3.0 (500Mbps) but when performed speed test (direct LAN to PC) Only can get around 300Mbps for download, 100Mbps for upload. Any idea what is the cause my download speed cannot get 500Mbps?

Went to tmpoint.today and requested swu 3.0. Offered rn119 for 500mbps free 6 months free router and mesh wifi. Condition contract 2 years and sign up 1  sim card rm39. Ask me to cancel 1 month later the sim card. Die die want me sign up

Guy, I'm a bit confused.

An agent contacted me a few days ago and offered to upgrade my 30mbps package. The offer is as follows:

1. 100mbps + Netflix for RM129
2. 100mbps + a Selected TV Pack for RM149
3. 300mbps + Ultimate Pack for RM179 (with free 500mbps for 1 year)

I expressed my desire to have the permanent 500mbps with the Ultimate Pack, and the agent quoted a price of RM249.

My question is, if I choose the 300mbps + Ultimate Pack for RM179, will I eventually receive the permanent 500mbps? In other words, does choosing the SWU 3.0 300mbps plan mean that all users will eventually receive the permanent 500mbps upgrade?

Would it be best to visit a TM Point directly to inquire about the specific offer they can provide me?

Yes, can confirm my latest SWU 3.0 application also is for 500mbps (upgraded from 300mbps) at rm119. Applied last week.

I guess SWU 300 permanent to 500. As I got my sms and notification from MyUnifi app said that I have received the upgrade and my speed remain at 500mbps.

Yerp. Restart ONU, restart router. Waited a few minutes on back. Still same speed.

Eh? Different place different mesh isit? I winder what Mesh I will be receiving from TM Point Seremban. I remember someone posted about Seremban but cant find where. Dlink or Fibrehome I'm not sure.

Technician came and done everything, change onu and got two router. Then hour later come back say my @unifi account was old and clash with their system, system cannot captured my change to swu 3.0 package now @@
Now pulang all devices back and say will reschedule again

Just checked with CS online, there is definitely something wrong with the wireless output of their given Fiberhome AX3000. LAN cable connection can hit 500Mbps download without issue, but wireless 5GHz connection can only achieve 300Mbps max even though I am right infront of it with a WiFi 6 capable device. Waiting further response from TM.
