Option 1 SWU3.0 : UniFi 100Mbps (Permanent upgrade to 300Mbps) + UniFi TV Ultimate New (No Netflix - ONLY Ultimate Plus & Max got) + 6 months waive bills
= MYR 179 +6% (MYR 189.74)

* According to TM Point Damansara Utama permanent upgrade speed offer will be Sep onward

been using yep 2019 by paying 300mbps for RM 139
they told me will remove the hypptv since I am not using also

So basically you are also getting SWU3.0, 300Mbps plan. On top of that, you pay RM59.90 for Ultimate Plus, RM10 savings .

My contract with unifi now will be ended next month, in order to go for SWU 3.0, I need to visit TM point correct?

My YEP2019 contract ended long time ago, but never get any SWU or what so ever offer, Called customer service they say no promotion saja. I think once awhile need to tell them switching service provider then they'll counter offer.
Will try to go to TM Point tomorrow to see and tell them I wanna switch service provider see if they give SWU3   

your package and contract are like mine and I successfully migrated to SWU3.0 (VAR+UPB) yesterday. RM149 per month for 500mbps speed with 6 month bill waiver.

I cannot go with SWU3.0 119 since I'm in contract and got that TV pack bundled together.

He can be hint that better rush for SWU 3.0 RM 119 500M, it might be replaced by this "Better" 100M free call next week...
But those target RM 89 customers can wait, as WiFi6 router with free call might coming soon.

Still, if target RM 89, waiting or not does nothing, as SWU 3.0 save 3 month, new RM 89 100M give you free router(WiFi5 or 6), are enough for the saving money target already.

for anyone on SWU 3.0, do u guys receive SMS/email from TM about the free upgrade so far? they were sent at 8pm++ earlier.

My swu3.0 order was done and thumbprint at tm point skudai just now 4.30pm, until now no sms no order show on unifi app
Dunno whay bodoh episode i am getting showed now...

I,m swu 3.0 before 03/10 , But what if this happen after 1 year, our speed roll back to 300mbps,we go and make complaint, they can say, "when you apply swu 3.0, TM told you the speed 500mbps is only for 1 year, not permanent. But if after 03/10 all swu 3.0 become 500mbps permanent, its different story. Then how if like this   

This prove that TM point is always better than CS. Don't get me wrong. CS may still can help, but it always depend on luck. Not like TM point. You can negotiate, you can argue, you can beg. Straight to the point. Branch A cannot? Then branch B. The success rate is much higher compared to CS.

So to those who are still prefer CS online chat/call, don't waste your time. Just go to TM point la. Even if the distance is so far. No pain no gain.
