Tonight my internet is down and they dont even notify me...

Everyone here showing their speed, meanwhile my 1Gbps struggle to reach anywhere past 400-500mbps if I'm using anything other than Uni5G servers  , on all other servers averaging only 400-600DL and 300-400UL
...
No time to do more diagnostics on the connection atm, suspecting bad routing with assigned IP, maybe only testing more during the weekends
...
Almost 1TB with only 2 weeks + of uptime 

i received the similar message from them also. they said they detected my internet down but it was fine actually.

iphone 15 this year has better 5G modem so should not have prob for mobile signal.

wifi all the while iphone has no issue.

the latest RM69 and RM89 packages do not mention voice call . it may imply no landline number .

Transferred my fixed line number to fibre account.
Old account will be auto-terminated once fibre service is successfully activated.
Free calls to all TM numbers.
No phone set included

got landline number , but will charge at 20sen/minit 
so, TM might gain some extra income from those low-tier plan ..   
Not sure those plan  still can adopt STD20  voice pack or not.
Assuming RM99 100Mbps plan  can adopt STD20, and the price still RM20 , then they have to pay RM99+20 = RM119 for the peace of mind.
then , it only RM10 off  from the RM129 OLD 100Mbps plan, or  RM20 off from the latest RM139 300Mbps plan.     

Long time never get already. Today got one. Internet no problem.

Actually got but date time off by a few hours. Couldn't connect to PPPoE server from 11/10 1:01-1:31am.

So quiet here tonight. 1 whole hour no posts.

i think you are the one misleading yourself.

you signed up for 300Mbps. You know when you signed up it will revert back to original subscribed speed of 300Mbps.

Kalau awak peniaga, kalau sesuatu yang pada awalnya awak cuma pinjamkan sementara, tapi kemudiannya awak nak beri terus; instead of pelanggan bersyukur atas apa yang pada mulanya pinjaman menjadi kekal, dia minta pula sesuatu yang bertambah-tambah di atas. awak rasa adil?

we don't need to talk about broadband malaysia cut throat pricing lah. that is different agenda. just need to think fairness within the scope of campaign also topkek; what you are demanding now is simply "sudah diberi betis, hendak paha pula"

Will lodge a MCMC report on TM. SWU 3.0 300Mbps , first 12months 500Mbps , after speed upgrade still remained 500Mbps ....

It's so misleading . Not speed upgrade anyway .
