No migration needed.

Its just for Ultimate pack RM60 same pricing as Family pack, so unifi SMS those user if they need family pack then need go Unifi Store to request change pack.

So its your choice to maintain or change to family pack. That's it.

Subscribe for Unifi lite 10 mbps + ultimate lite Rm 129 on 2017 (internet Rm 99+ tv  Rm 30)

Then upgrade to add Rm 10 offer to 30 mbps become Rm 139
After that Unifi lite free upgrade to Unifi pack + aneka pack (during that time ultimate haven't include all the channel got aneka for free but rebind contract for 1 year )

Previously live on subb area, so not eligible for turbo upgrade, then relocate to hsbb area, eligible for turbo = 300 mbps for 139.

Around 2019 walk in to tmpoint to remove aneka since ultimate already include all VAR channel. (contract 1 year end)

Previously if you downgrade to var got chance to get 109.

But now turbo 2018 consider unifi tv as bundled with internet, so if you want to change the TV you have to change the internet also

He get it because during that period, got certain plans unbind with UniFi TV, and removing it reduce the cost instead of cost + discount, so he removed it successfully, and that's what's he got.
You can still go TM point asking for remove, unsure they still allow it or not.

RM 129 10M broadband(RM 129) + UniFi TV(RM 30-RM 30, so it is FREE)
RM 10 phone call upgrade, 30M broadband(RM 109-RM 30) + UniFi TV(RM 30).
Turbo upgrade to 300M broadband(RM 109-RM 30) + UniFi TV(RM 30).

So after removed UniFi TV, it becoming RM 109 only.
Either this mistake happen during RM 10 upgrade, or 300M turbo.

if you're win some like me 300 mbps + ultimate pack for 109 got speed bump to 500 mbps.
some user even though got free upgrade but still pay more than other user.
if after free upgrade feel the price should be low, tm point door always open for you
