Unifi Free Speed Upgrade 2023

Here’s what the free speed upgrade looks like depending on your current plan.

    30Mbps -> 100Mbps
    100Mbps -> 300Mbps
    500Mbps -> 800Mbps
    800Mbps -> 1Gbps

However, this speed upgrade is not applicable to customers who are currently on the highest 2Gbps (1Gbps + 1Gbps) plan. TM has also confirmed that customers on the RM69/month 30Mbps Rahmah plan are not getting an upgrade for now.

All existing customers (except for 2Gbps and Rahmah) will be able to get the free speed upgrade regardless of whether they are in a contract or not. The upgrade will be rolled out in phases and TM aims to complete the speed upgrade exercise in 3 months.

is 300 free upgrade to 500 for rm119 ?
or pure 500 for rm119?

why TM send out email that we will get upgrade but didnt stated the speed we get will get upgrade

As you backed up configuration, know your PPPoE password, right?

1. Remove IPTV, Remove INTERNET.
2. Create new one, all stay the same except "Port Binding" ticked all including LAN 3

internet no remove option
iptv has remove option.

according to Ben's guide.

yours can save the internet page lan3 ? can see your iptv setting page?

need more info... can't achieve on WiFi or LAN cable? if WiFi need to check your Router 

btw have you try restart both Modem & Router after the upgrade?

Ever since upgraded to 500Mbps, fast app I can only get this low speed.

boys and girl, technically, EVERY ONE is required to use public IP to be on the internet.

the correct question you should be asking is, "is my PPPoE router assigned a public IPv4 address? or assigned a private CGNAT address?"

please check what address is in effect on your own router's WAN interface.

Recently i  just got updated to 500mbps for free. (from 300mbps)

I'm currently paying RM179 per month. Will the bill be adjusted to RM159 as shown at their website?

I check my billing today, it's still showing the old price RM179.

OK the closest packages he showed me look like Package Nos. 4 & 5. When were they available?

What is STD20 (free)?

What is Unifi Special Discount RM 130 (in Package 4) and RM 160 (in Package 5)?

Basically he quoted me the equivalents of Package Nos. 4 & 5 but no mention of STD20 and the Unifi Special Discounts. There was a 6 month fee waiver, 600 mins of free calls and the MESH Wi Fi 6 routers.

So to clarify, there isn't a 500 Mbps package for RM 119 per month that gets upgraded to 800 Mbps for a year and then returns to 500 Mbps thereafter correct?
