Type a and b how big? I know gt a type is 700sq

Type A 700 sf, about RM800-850 psf
Type B 900sf, about RM750 psf

Fully furnished high floor with 2 side by side cp is around RM800 psf for type B.

Lower floor tandem cp is cheaper.
