Yes. Must provide SPA even though it was signed with SDP 30 years ago.

I was told there is still 3 units of type A available high floor. Type B fully booked still, nothing release yet (due to cancellation or loan rejection). Type C the biggest unit still has many available.

Indeed by numbers and location, this project seems like the one of the better ones in recent launches. Too bad I'm not ready to commit to new projects yet

USJ landed still has a bit potential to appreciate but there must be catalyst to push it.
Eg. If the flood condition in Klang worsen and new surrounding township entry price is high, then USJ landed will be view as undervalued.
It will take time, so you time frame also has to account for this

Hype residences launched on 28/10. For type A & B fully booked on the first day. But the latest status dunno😂

During 5/11 Subang parade flood, I think the junction at Damen Mall (Persiaran Kewajipan) also flooded if I not mistaken. Other than here any USJ area also flood recently?
