Thumbs up for the riders being properly geared even just riding a moped. I really appreciate it when see riders properly geared, regardless what kind of motorcycle they ride.

it's not just about what u ride.. it's about how u ride... I agree with you.. I will salute anyone who take their safety as a priority...

That's the different between a rider and rempit...

Went to Naza today.Ducati 795 seems worth of every money, despite that it's not CBU.But anyways, compared to Shiver 750, Monster's 800cc chassis still feels lighter. But my friend laughed at me saying only girls buy this bike despite of it's small size. But for starters, it's a good bike.

Costs RM 62k otr price.Maybe for some is affordable. But for me, still need to revise back.

monster is local assembled? by whom?

a 800cc italian bike for only 60k is really a bargain. any 800 or liter itialian would cost 100k or more if cbu.
duc parts are quite pricey from what i heard.

that nsr is sure rare piece, nice deltabox & single swingarm. i think 250 2stroke of any kind is almost none existence in msia.
but back in those years, prolly 15yrs ago or so. they are almost bigbike/racebike category on the street, saw quite an amount in HK but not msia.

the R version.. it has the big bike look.. if ur trying to trick some girls.. boleh la.. wahhaa

performance wise.. not the best out there.. it's pretty heavy.. so power to weight ratio not so great... easily beaten on the track.. I think a ninja 250 would be faster...

My motto is always be prepared and dress for the crash! Learn and experienced this first hand from my sifus. I will always trade comfort for safety when I ride.

I've seen ONCE a 135LC rider with full face helmet, Dainese Air2Tex mesh jacket, long pants & riding boots while I was driving. Traffic was clear, went to his side - wind down my window, blinked the honk and thumbs up to him.

The Monster 795 is actually using a 696 chassis. Everything replicates back the 696 except for the engine - which some say is the same as 796, where some say is a de-scaled version of 796. I was a tad inching of getting a 696 back then - but opt for a Z750 coz I am a complete mechanical klutz. Off with the italiano flair and went with the jap practicality.

IMHO, the 795 itself is a nice bike - confirm sure get heads turn due to looks and sound even at stock form. If I did not have my Z, I would have booked the 795 as my secondary/spare bike due to its competitive and good price point.

Dont laugh - many women today rides >500cc bikes. Men being men, always a chauvinist confirm do not want to "lose" to the fairer gender...

I miss my Z....

Collar bone also have not heal completely - still feel sore when pressure is applied. Even bike's ready also cannot ride yet. Anyhow, exhaust is still good. Just minor cosmetics touch up would make it bling bling again.

For us, he would loan us a temporary bike. I strongly suggest you work it out with him since I have formally introduced both of you. But again, it is always his discretion la - just dont quote me to force the way through.
