Ur vcore only 1.250v?

for the vdimm put 2.35v and see how.

Try to loosen ur timings and use 2.2v or 2.35.

TRFC 0,1,2,3 set to 75ns.

yup,1.250vcore..why?is it low?i think its good enuf for F3,,one thing, even if i dont OC,i cant even boot at 667..see my previous post, i can do ddr1200 wif 2.2vdimm(dvdr800), but not wif dvder 667,not even boot

mind to post a Memset 3.3 screenshot of ur last stable OC with 667 divider?
maybe we can figure out what's wrong with that

suspect ur ram sub-timings too tight adi

edited: pls use 667 divider then only can know wat's wrong. FYI some ram sub-timings will change accordingly when u change the ram divider, we won't know that what's the value for that particular value for 667 divider if we are using 800 divider

from your SS, the sub timings BQM is too low.
try to loose it in bios.

if bios don't have this value ( i guess 99% it won't show in bios ),what u can do is
1) try to loose it 1st in memset, then use clockgen to oc . Let's see it works or not.
2) or go to rebelshaven , check whether they got modded bios for TF590 that add in QBM and MAL sub timings or not
3) or buy a new mobo

i used to face the same problem like you when i was using TF-6100-am2
IMO, old generation of TForce am2 mobo ( 590 , 570 , 550 , 6100 and some nforce 4 chipsets),
the bios is not set properly for OC ram. And vdimm also damn low
New TForce am2 mobo ( TF7050 , TF7025 , 560 , 520 , TA690G) , they have fix the problems

and oh ya, forgot to tell u to change the idle cycle limit to 0

try to change these 2 values and see

guys,i got a question here...does tlb errata infect only 2.4ghz and above for phenom series?how about 9500 and so on?and if i oc'ed the 9500 to 2.4ghz,will it have the same problem as other phenom(9700 and so on)
