I just went to check on shopee and did the math ON is more expensive by RM0.003/gram assuming the weight listed on their packaging is legit today also 28th lol so maybe i'll get the ON to test test see. If choco no nice I'll come back to downvote TS their official site gave me heart atk, 2.5kg is rm800++ jesus christ, who will ever buy from there. I actually bought it from there when I first tried myprotein and it seems that their warehouse is in SG coz the package sender address listed SG

Oi apasal wan downvote me pulak lol. Protein also got fakes ah? If u buy from other sellers, u can get cheaper by rm30 for your myprotein.
Anyway i bought the cheapest hydro whey protein available. Rm180 nia for 3kg BS Nutrition brand.
Come recommend me good and cheap protein shake. Purpose is to build muscle and help recovery after gym session. Which should i buy? hydro whey, protein isolates, whey protein? Previously tried optimum nutrition protein isolate gold standard..but its so expensive lol. 2 months drink finish. Its good, fast recovery but ya lor, expensive wei rm370 for 5 lbs or 2.3kg.
ON is really the cheaper brand around, but recent yrs price hike veli scary.
2021 - 195 belum discount 2023 - 281 belum discount

myprotein cheaper than ON? dafuq? i was going to try ON since i felt that myprotein is too expensive lol but the taste is what gets me. I dont want to buy the smallest size since its the most expensive per gram but i also dont want to commit to 5kg of garbage flavour that i cant take it so far i wasted like almost 10kg sitting at my storeroom coz it taste like crap. sometimes it smells nice before you mix it but after you mix it then it smells like crap and very hard to drink got any super mega duper extremely safe flavour that can mix with almond milk / water?
Itulah aku pernah experiment beli dymatize rasa kenot hadam beb. Dah la dia punya bau once dried or lambat basuh sikit really kenpt tahan.

Check calculation on my first post. Your maths and data is totally wrong
