Come recommend me good and cheap protein shake.
Purpose is to build muscle and help recovery after gym session.
Which should i buy? hydro whey, protein isolates, whey protein?
Previously tried optimum nutrition protein isolate gold standard..but its so expensive lol. 2 months drink finish. Its good, fast recovery but ya lor, expensive wei rm370 for 5 lbs or 2.3kg.

Anyway i bought the cheapest hydro whey protein available. Rm180 nia for 3kg BS Nutrition brand.

Now not cheap wei. Looking for other alternatives other than ON.

Hi bro, so i have been trying my cheap protein with 58% purity for 10 days. I took mango flavour.
Workout day - 2 scoops after workout, next early morning another 2 scoops.
Non workout day - 2 scoop once early morning.
Effectiveness - yes effective. Muscle sore much less the next day and only lasted 1 day. Same effect like taking ON protein isolate previously. If no take, muscle sore for 2 days.

Cons : very sweet...fruity tuity mango flavour.

Anyway, its too sweet for me. Thinking to try MK whey kingdom (8lbs for rm250, 81% purity, 114 servings).

Consuming whey protein helps with muscle recovery too no?

Consuming additional whey protein will help speed up my muscle recovery right? With just my normal meals, i usually take 2 days for recovery.

I compare effectiveness, at least those that i can see for the short term since i only use it for 10 days
