I tried again, and again it failed.
I checked Playstore, and saw that there was an updated version of the app. After updating, my transfer went through.
The weird thing is that when I then logged into Rize, I found that there were 3 credits, i.e. the 2 failed attempts and the successful transfer were all credited into Rize account. And my account available balance was increased by 3x the transaction amount! Only late at night were the 2 failed transactions deleted and my balance adjusted down.
A system like this is very dangerous
