Signed up yesterday at 3pm, till now no confirmation. When called this morning, said needs 2-3 working days to review. Which is not as per advertised 1-2 days approval process. So called instant approval.

Guys, does Rize only support DuitNow transfers?
Yesterday, I made a transaction from my maybank2u to Rize. I remember the only option available for the transaction type was "GIRO" no DuitNow. So I made the transfer yesterday, but it was not reflected in Rize. I just called the CS from Rize today and they told me they dont support GIRO transfers. Now, my money is missing. Anybody else faced this situation before?

The 1% for a month is worth the bank knowing who is cash rich... can plan targeted marketing later on..
