anyway, to answer your ques. cause IC verification failed. go try again and again.

Once you capture the IC properly, the application will approve almost immediately (barring some other deeper issues, i.e. not eligible to open acc due to bankrupt/US passport/etc)

and then you will be cursing rize cause their app fail IC capture wont tell us so that we can go re-do the application and leave us in the dark

Withdrew 50k to be put into EPF but was blocked and Rize CS called to authenticate and after that do another time transfer and went through. Good to prevent scamming 👍
