Anyone had experience regarding failed transaction to rize? Tried to transfer fund in rize from cimb and alliance to rize but all failed

At 500am still haven't receive but at around 700am , interest was credited. Finally received on time

Facing the same problem. Tried transferring from PB and HLB, both failed

lol....you woke up 5am to check? Got mine but not sure what time

now i tried to transfer out from rize to alliance via duitnow id, transaction went through, but no money deduct in rize, no transaction history, no money received in alliance also.
This bank is too fishy

Hah I normally wake up very early. Anyway since this system very buggy need to monitor monthly. Past 2 months in a row I have problem.first wrong calculation, then no interest.now I see people complaining duit now can't go thru. How their system pass bnm scrutiny I also don't know

Profit for November 2023 credited on the dot.... even earn some tiny interest for the "double profit, which was reversed"

yep, mine was credited around the same time as yours

please email their support [Rize-cs@alrajhibank.com.my] and open a ticket.

It failed several times for me this morning around 7.10am. But now I saw my balance have already been transferred out, but I haven’t received any money in my receiving bank yet.

Now waiting for their CS to start work before I call them. Very frustrating tbh

profit crediting was always displayed as end of month, last day on last hour on last minute.

although the actual crediting is actually the day after.

Gxbank pays daily but rize pays interest monthly. So for gxbank if don't credit will know daily

problematic, duitnow out says successful but no money outgoing. hopefully they wun renew their promo. headache only for the extra %

After so called maintenance

Still got some issues in interest missing or duitnow not fully successful transactions....

My case is DuitNow not successful but after several minutes the money went out of my account, but my receiving bank account didn’t receive the money 🥴🥴
