There’s no show unit yet.
Even the sales gallery is on 1st floor biggrin.gif took me 2 rounds to see that it’s there.

Indicative 550psft to 600psft

Type A 530ish sqft - 1 bed + 1 bath - rm 318k (assume 600psft)
Type B 880ish sqft - 2 bed + 2? Bath - rm 506k (575psft)
Type C 930ish sqft - 3 bed + 2 bath - rm 535k (575psft)
Type D corner 999 sqft - 3 bed + 2 bath - rm 550k (550psft)

Not yet add the per floor tax.

Parking until floor 10. Unit from floor 11 to 32.
Not launched yet. 432 units total.
Only menara A first. Menara B later (Phase 2 selling)

Type A menara A already booked finished :/

LaiN, same with me, I missed it the first time.
They have no plans to do a show unit they said. I think they're aiming to quickly sell off the units

Ya.. I think they will do later if there’s some remaining units. I don’t think type B C D will sell off that quickly. Too many coming up this area. Getting quite hot for condos now. Bandar Puteri also many condos to pick from.

Hmm… It‘s attractive price and low densed. But low units may mean higher maintenance fee later to cover. If no express ramp then parking will be a crazy hassle.

Type A very attractively priced, lower maintenance fee and good for single / couple haven’t married.

Near HTC (200 ft) but the one will see it and nearest is only Menara A type D.

Entrance is from the inner road soon will have to struggle between Lake Edge, Danau, Tulip, Poh Min school, Loop City and Lakeside Residence.

My other YTL prop also keep turning up parking ramp until like crazy. Moving out soon biggrin.gif

Win
- Near a power sub-stn. Walk "closer to /thru" the sub-stn in order to get to the LRT stn. This is where the htc started.

Danao
- Just "at the edge of/refilled-on" one of the largest and deepest mining pools in Pucong.
- Sweat walking to either LRT stn. Try walking from the formal kwsp to lotuz. You know what l meant. Try night time.
- Super noise pollution of LDP traffic ever day

Potential buyers are highly recommended to understand the potential risks of both projects before deciding.

Am looking for that as well. Feel free to share the results.

My statement on one of the deepest, was l witnessed the "valley" back in early 2000s.
That time the water was not this high. However a lorry that moved down/up the "valley" looked like a size matchbox.
Do you have a similar observation?

Would have to ask the old Puchong residents. Valley means? Got landslide from road into the mining pool? How come they got a lorry to go down?

I have no info on Puchong, by the time I knew Puchong, couldn't see the mining areas anymore

Am curious too. If some long-time Puchong resident can share on which areas were major mining areas some decades ago. There should be some 1990s, 1980s map of Puchong somewhere?

Now type B only RM450k. Developer really pushing to clear off units. Neither for investment nor own stay. I wonder who is YTL targeting.
