The price will be lower than staff price if the sales is bad... given the location, density and convenience nearby, i dont think the sales will that bad.

I still remember they give massive discounts for their midfields penthouse... Unsold for so many years.

Saw this posted by YTL Land Instagram page. Is this "preview event" on Friday for staff only or certain members of the public as well?

Seems odd to publicize this event if it is for YTL staffs only, while public only get to attend on Sat/Sun lol.

macam IJM last time did for their project at Sentral Park.... even priority for staffs... but the project not necessary is good or hot or profitable at future...
