Hmm I though it’s more than that.

If not mistaken 1000++.

428 units I guess it’s for one block (one of the wing)

Do double check with the agents ya.

For high rise, will that be safe? What about soil movements?
Mining pools are deep

Hi,

Just wonder is the site a mining site back then?
*
Yes, reclaimed, and seems the reclamation is continuing, can see that for the land next to the site. What about soil movements?

This is the website.
Pity Lake Edge... Around them so many developments.
- SJKC Poi Min
- Rumah Selangorku TULIPS
- Now, Danau Puchong

Haha.. Not sure where's the entrance of the Danau as well.
Hope it's directly to LDP highway... Or if they can help to link between IOI and Jalan Perindustrian Puchong : )

Not sure when the link to USJ will materialize.
Has been in brochure of any development near this area for the last 10 years. Hahaha!

It's the piece of reclaimed land behind the old Puchong KWSP block

What do you think about this? Versus the wyn residences. Both are near to Lrt and malls

WYN still better than this in term of rental investment .. Danau a bit disappointed for YTL name… design is plain …but is good for own stay with lesser units and practical layout compared WYN plus cheaper in PSF

There's no show room and there's no plan for one. There's a scale model

To be honest, I would suggest other projects that are not that near disused mining pools as we're not sure how the high rise may be if there's any soil movements. Some pools are quite deep

For high rise, the developer experience is also a factor

What about nearby projects on solid ground? The Pulse by Brdb, the Cruise / Rio by Ioi, Elita by Trinity or Avantro by Chin Hin (am not sure about developer experience for the later two)

Yes!! Developer plays a significant role in determining the success of the development.

Although the tech are matured in filling mining pools but if can try to avoid !:) unless you love the proximity to malls and lrt as well as the lake view.
