Type A 530ish sqft - 1 bed + 1 bath - rm 318k (assume 600psft)
Type B 880ish sqft - 2 bed + 2? Bath - rm 506k (575psft)
Type C 930ish sqft - 3 bed + 2 bath - rm 535k (575psft)
Type D corner 999 sqft - 3 bed + 2 bath - rm 550k (550psft)

Not yet add the per floor tax.

Parking until floor 10. Unit from floor 11 to 32.
Not launched yet. 432 units total.
Only menara A first. Menara B later (Phase 2 selling)
