Yes, reclaimed, and seems the reclamation is continuing, can see that for the land next to the site. What about soil movements?

Haha.. Not sure where's the entrance of the Danau as well.
Hope it's directly to LDP highway... Or if they can help to link between IOI and Jalan Perindustrian Puchong : )

Has been in brochure of any development near this area for the last 10 years. Hahaha!

To be honest, I would suggest other projects that are not that near disused mining pools as we're not sure how the high rise may be if there's any soil movements. Some pools are quite deep

For high rise, the developer experience is also a factor

What about nearby projects on solid ground? The Pulse by Brdb, the Cruise / Rio by Ioi, Elita by Trinity or Avantro by Chin Hin (am not sure about developer experience for the later two)

They have no plans to do a show unit they said. I think they're aiming to quickly sell off the units

Hmm… It‘s attractive price and low densed. But low units may mean higher maintenance fee later to cover. If no express ramp then parking will be a crazy hassle.

Type A very attractively priced, lower maintenance fee and good for single / couple haven’t married.

Near HTC (200 ft) but the one will see it and nearest is only Menara A type D.

Entrance is from the inner road soon will have to struggle between Lake Edge, Danau, Tulip, Poh Min school, Loop City and Lakeside Residence.

My other YTL prop also keep turning up parking ramp until like crazy. Moving out soon biggrin.gif
Haha! Maybe there’s express ramp to higher parking floor.
But my memory might fail me. I think now level 9 parking. Level 10 is facilities like swimming pool.

- Sweat walking to either LRT stn. Try walking from the formal kwsp to lotuz. You know what l meant. Try night time.
- Super noise pollution of LDP traffic ever day

Potential buyers are highly recommended to understand the potential risks of both projects before deciding.

Would have to ask the old Puchong residents. Valley means? Got landslide from road into the mining pool? How come they got a lorry to go down?
