btw....𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝘆𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗴 is a 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱, as from the soil investigation report from 3rd party, whereas the rest like YTL & Malton are most likely reclaimed land

To add cons to each

Win
- Near a power sub-stn. Walk "closer to /thru" the sub-stn in order to get to the LRT stn. This is where the htc started.

Danao
- Just "at the edge of/refilled-on" one of the largest and deepest mining pools in Pucong.
- Sweat walking to either LRT stn. Try walking from the formal kwsp to lotuz. You know what l meant. Try night time.
- Super noise pollution of LDP traffic ever day

Potential buyers are highly recommended to understand the potential risks of both projects before deciding.

One example using zh wiki and ....
some extra text here which is not so in English wiki version.

https://zh.m.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E8%92%B2%E7%A8%AE

It mentioned km22.2.....back in Apr 2005 ...

I mean where do we get info on how deep the mining pools in Puchong are?
*
Am looking for that as well. Feel free to share the results.

My statement on one of the deepest, was l witnessed the "valley" back in early 2000s.
That time the water was not this high. However a lorry that moved down/up the "valley" looked like a size matchbox.
Do you have a similar observation?

Would have to ask the old Puchong residents.  Valley means?  Got landslide from road into the mining pool?  How come they got a lorry to go down?
*
For the benefit of all, care to share what you have on your end? Thx

Walking distance to the nearest LRT stn is 1.1km per Goog map. Good thing is mostly flat level walking.

https://maps.app.goo.gl/rMtz7P5RL7FyqJXU7?g_st=aw

Distance to another lrt lagi jauh pet current condition unless a future bridge is built to connect to the shop lots

Will office ladies/guys walk for 1km with a laptop bag + umbrella + water container (despite the walk path is mostly flat)?

Save at night??
Morning will not sweat to LRT stn?

tod is not about a building next to a station. its the whole setup from the building, walking path, the station and other connectivity nodes (taxi/bus stand etc). And tod all around the world have people regularly walk with laptop, umbrella, water bottles and more. Its called a backpack or trolley bag. And people on foot travel light. Those that cannot walk with it for 1km walk too less to be able to walk.

Let this article speaks further...

https://www.nst.com.my/opinion/letters/2022...-our-neighbours

So how big is the total available market for tenants willing to walk 1km?

more like how many plot of land next to current and future station has? The fact speaks for itself.
*
The fact is 1km walking distance to lrt stn is not easy to get local tenants.

Plot of land near to lrt stn along this lrt line in Pucong
(1) Win resi is one example. (350m)
https://maps.app.goo.gl/4So283XJry4zsCVL9?g_st=aw

(2) M Terer (700m to LRT Pucong Pakdana) still closer than Danao

(3) 2 more developments at Pucong Intan.
