I think the issue is the way they promote their Wireless BB. In overseas where wired BB is very stable and you get what you paid for. As for wireless, it is only when there's no wired option or constant travelers (UTMS/HSDPS or WiMAX) where performance are known to be poor as the signal condition is vital. In Malaysia, due to the disappointment of wired BB (& limited ISP), the users' expectations are high due to the marketing strategy adopted by our "honest" ISPs mad.gif which gives wrong perception to the consumer... another sad case...
: i pity those sales agent, low $$$ but kena kau-kau when things goes wrong.

If u have use it then pay it................ and if u want to cut your acc, then find yr friends or new subscriber to take it up, RM 50 for transfer fees.

It supposed to show the payment & balance due. But the system is quite weird, even if you paid extra, it will not show, it will only show Charges Amount and Balance until the next due date. Better go and check it out with Maxis, if not you might end up troubling yourself with unwanted issues.

It will establish a connection !

anyone realize that in your online maxis self care portal, your account number is less 1 digit?

Welcome NAME
You have succesfully logged in Maxis Broadband My Account portal.
Your account number is xxxxxxxx (8 digits)

but in ur statement its 9 digits?

this month i felt lazy so i just copied paste the account number and paid through maybank online, after 10 days i check my maxis account the balance is still there, then i realize something is NOT RIGHT which is i transferred the funds for an INVALID account number even though payment is successful
