Nice. It takes a while to switch but if u use iPhone or other apple devices together with Mac, u will love the ecosystem eventually.

Natural Scrolling is like how you scroll on your phone. When your finger swipes up, the screen scrolls down. When your finger swipes down, the screen scrolls up. When you use two fingers to scroll on your trackpad it doesn't feel like because you are not touching your screen.

I hope with Sonoma Apple finally fixes the auto switching for AirPods btw iOS & MacOS. It hasn't been working properly for years!

They did mention in the latest WDCC they will improve the switching experience in the latest OS/firmware...

I know the meaning of it, but I feel it unnatural instead, as it feel the movement is opposite. 😅
Agreed in what you said, on touch screen then different.

Hey all, been considering getting MacBook, this would be my first Mac laptop. Always been a windows users, I’m just wondering the durability of the laptops. Cause I know Apple tends to have extremely high repair price if there’s an issue.

my last mac i bought was in 2013. i stopped using it only in 2018 because my workflow got too much for the poor thing. had to switch to a windows gaming laptop cause thats all i could afford and intel based macs were really crap. but my 2013 13" mbp still works great til today as a web browsing document editing media consumption device.

so i'd say you'll get 5-10 years good out of it. and remember to get applecare.

Nice, just ordered myself yesterday and cost thousands over than your used unit. I'll definitely go for it.
