Hmmm...Then possibly wife or other family members, I never get this kind of case but I did heard some buyer use their family members name to buy, then join loan with that family members.

I moved out of parents' place and living with partner now, good life. Mau corn cake kitchen or living room or the other rooms, ikut suka hati.

Oh and rumawip only sell at RM300k regardless which ever floor you pick, unlike condo where pricing is different for different unit/level.

Yes rumawip also has condo level facilities, swimming pool, gym room, game room, children playground, guardhouse etc. Simply say rumawip is an affordable condo with some terms and condition.

My Rumawip house only got MPH, basic indoor playground, guardhouse thats all.. but I paid almost similar to other apartment with better facilities.

Base on the management office who have managed many strata title property, people who don't pay maintenance fee has the sama percentage even at high end condos.
People will just be people regardless of rich or poor.

yaya this one i really feel also, im generally not so confrontational so i close one eye. but due to this the other side sure take advantage gao2, in the end our loss

yeah but i feel like its a much "better" proposition to get a rumahwip than renting atm. cause seems like at least even if rumahwip isnt great, i have a property + options to sell/rent out. renting a place however convenience is location and flexibility nia, anytime can zoom here there

ikr? that level of freedom is so tempting. haiz.. now other half is like kena tibai by parents constantly on stuff like she go out to stay with me shortwhile kena complain ungrateful, dont help out house chores etc etc the list piles on. making her damn fed up only doh.gif

for loophole case, i heard of friends using sis/bro name to buy more properties under their name mang. its srz biznez over there

Could be the old rumawip, nowadays most rumawip are really like condo. Even have special apps like J'Satine at setapak, contact security, hire plumber/electician etc.

My building no kompromi. Edi instruct guard if got people park where they not supposed to clamp je. Also suruh resident to call guard (we letak one fixed line to pondok guard).

We also passed a motion to make the saman compound. Dulu one fine for one crime. Now one fine for one crime per day. Kalau illegal park tu berhari2 kaya la income kami lol.

Again, 1 name 1 rumawip UNLESS you sold the old rumawip. But that's impossible for now as rumawip just launch few years back, and because rumawip can only be sold AFTER 10 YEARS, you still can use your spouse name though if you want. Of course your spouse cannot have house in KL.
