Have to do research a bit, see the developer for that particular rumahwip condo. If you get a really good developer, chances are tge quality is comparable to their premium condos.

For the price 300k with poor workmanship should think twice

Need to look at which developers involved

Mah Sing is a big no no....the quality is dropping

Depends on the Rumahwip that you bought.

See how high is the density. I saw some of the projects, one of them have 300++ units, there’s another project has 500+ units

Some people didnt think on this. Main redah je beli. Semua fikir sebab location.

My colleague bought a rumahwip at Sentul. Residensi Hektar if I’m not mistaken. Projek delay tak siap siap sampai sekarang. Kesian

About car ownership, gov only check based on income i guess

I thought if you bought Rumahwip u can approach the agent from the project itself?

My friend bought Skyawani project at Setapak before this. He found an agent and proceed to purchase the project.

if you bought 2 properties u can discuss want to have same car park lot i guess

if cold water pipe leak then it's quite a problem, otherwise, discharge pipes leak is pretty normal IMO. mine not rumawip, bebas unit but the sliding door given also cut cost punya, jilaka.

im not sure bout ur house but my house pr1ma cyber jaya i own 3 parking tandem side by side
and i buy the parking fair and square
not sure ballot or not buy i get the unit after 7th round of candidate rejected

After managing so many apartment and condo. I wouldnt even look at low density strata 100-200 unit. The maintenance fee per house so high coz they lack economic of scale.

My 100 unit per development old condo mthly maitnenance fee is rm400+. It was that raye for years until i go inside as jmb and manage to reduce it around rm380+ by generating other rentals, side income for the condo.

In contrast my high density another apartment similar size 1k sqft total 650 units. Maintenance fee is just rm200. Almost half the cost.

My wife best fren got 1 unit there too. High density. But cheap maintenance fee. Around rm100+ per mth only right?

Edit: owh sorry urs a different prima i guess. My wife fren her total unit around 1600 iinm. The maintenance around rm130+ jer. But chairman say after DLP end probably kena raise a lil more.

Yes i can see the pattern rate oso based on volum epf unit to maintenance fee rate.

Depends. I worked with developer previously and they can do insider trading to block the unit for their own staff with discounted price summore.

my apartment bit cacat and didn't disclose about tandem parking (available).

If I'm aware, i was willing to trade in my random carspot for tandem parking and pay the additional cost but somehow the developer didn't mentioned anything and only state one house one parking.

anyhow.. now surveying for another house..

aside from quality, other factors come into play too.

rumahwip usually high density. therefore elevator waiting time in the morning is crazy long.
and the road leading to the apartment will be tight since people will park their extra cars outside.

these 2 factors also enough to frustrate certain people and make them move out
