i bought pr1ma one cyber 275k 2016 now kalau jual pun 300k ish plus kena lock 10 years
so the earliest can sell 2026

Best rumahwip developer with condo facilities I think is SkyWorld.
They got from Skyawani 1 until Skyawani 5 now.

Here's example from Skyawani 3:






But need to expect high density building.

Habisla.. Can rent rumahwip meaning full throttle to PPR. Corridor also their storage😱😱

Good luck to those with rumahwip integrated in same building with free market dwellings. One will lead to many, later corridor all full, lift with mural

Pay respectable maintenance fee and the Management Office usually have Building Manager, Asst Manager, Technician, Admin. Also security guards. they will ensure the house rule is well enforced.

1) become rich after buy house
2) car from family/friend
3) he is driver for rich boss
4) he is tenant not owner
5) his own company car

and many more reason.....

the qualification of rumahwip is only malaysian who work at wp states for certain number of years with min 3k income + never own a house before.

if he ern 15k per month he easily qualify.

i think D’Nuri by Exsim is one of the good rumawip. my friend is staying there and the apartment looks really decent

thought of buying rumawip last time but 1 car park idea really cannot liao

bought SA4 with my bro. its high density but can't expect much with RM300k budget. even Wangsa Maju flat now also cost 200k+

most poor ppl like me only have 3 choice

1) rent until dead
2) buy rumahwip/rumahselagorku
3) buy house outskirt of city (tanjung malim, kuala selangor, nilai)

should VP last year, but covid delay for 1.5y. haihz

the one carpark is due to regulation, I think above 1k or (900? not sure) psf need 2 car park. some rumahwip offer 2nd car park though need to pay extra.

I visited to a few recently. You should go around those 8-9 storey with 1st storey car parking type of apartments (we called it high leg private apartments), see lo.
PJ Dev Holdings was the king of such apartment buildings.

Ade management office, ade maintanance fee (low paying resident rate), ade security, ade swimming pool and also traffic kon everywhere, ownself spray unit number at parking space (read me, not lots ya). 70% of units resident on rental

MS love to build super high density condos, I almost bought M Vertica but decided against it and don't regret it because it looks terrible.

Tbh, how often will you swim there? Most of my friends and wife don't even use their own condo's facilities, I'm the one using theirs when I go over.

Just need to rent to the right people, do some background checks, find an agent if you don't have time.
