personally, i value living space more than car, but to each their own, rumwip housing is very problematic and lots of issues, wifey's colleague bought and staying there now, regret it kaw2, wanna move out but cant
*
That one because they never consider it's more expensive to buy house elsewhere.

When money comes into the picture suddenly they're ok to stay with full retard people

People who can afford BMW F30 and Vellfire executive how come still eligible to purchase rumawip? Belum lagi see what other things they own

what makes you think that all BMW owners buy new/ recond car? i got a friend who stays in PPR bought a used BMW 5 series E60 at cheap price, 50k++ and loan 7 years. now crying like hell, we laugh like hell too.

it's not hard to see nice cars in poor ppl area (Mostly used cars), because poor ppl make very very bad decisions when it comes to buying cars. also rumawip is not really PPR punya level poor. so if you can see nice cars in PPRs, you can see even better cars in rumawip too.

I purposely pick unit xde pool. Because you tak pergi pool hari2.

My RumWIP mixed development with proper condo, everyday nak turun tgk pool kosong. Baik x payah.

i think D’Nuri by Exsim is one of the good rumawip. my friend is staying there and the apartment looks really decent

thought of buying rumawip last time but 1 car park idea really cannot liao
*
To be fair, most rumawip with 1 carpark are usually very close (walking distance) to an LRT station of some kind.

Mine close to LRT, MRT and a bus station.

My perspective is lagi kurang sakit hari having to deal with issues if rumah murah. Rumah mahal also no guarantee no issue, lagi sakit hati kalau ada.

why not? a lot of stupid poor ppl want muka also, gaji 3-4k already think of getting a used 3/5 series. 15-20 years no problem janji ada gaya.

also their mindset is funny, e.g. a used 2005 bmw 520i is about RM25k now. they will think that instead of spending RM40k on a Bezza, it's better to buy the BMW at RM25k and they can save RM15k to spend it on the service and maintenance. Problem is they treat the cost savings of RM15k like they already get the cash in bank when they buy the car. That's why most poor ppl stay poor.

you go and buy 1 and try, you will cry together, resale value is low for a reason, any unexpected service can cost thousands and a lot of poor ppl don't have that much of savings.

now condo price wont go up much
i bought pr1ma one cyber 275k 2016 now kalau jual pun 300k ish plus kena lock 10 years
so the earliest can sell 2026
*
yeah im not too concerned on trying to flip the price or gain huge ass profits since im not targeting it as investment kind

main concern now is to see how to live with gf and away from family issues, but the rumahwip im looking out for is like due completion 2025/26 lol, so still debating worth waiting or tackle those already out there and pay more
