Living in strata needs to look at maintenence.
Concern of Rumwip is people there do not pay maintenence then the quality will crash very fast …

Rumawip itself is good property in the beginning but it is the resident qualities that define the property quality sustainability.

Rumawip supposed cannot be rented out but as usual Malaysia enforcement quality, most is rent out or airbnb.

i still can't afford to purchase.. even when i can i have to get undi-ed to be elligible then only can get. i heard rumors agents go sapu all thru sub poor pipu that applied successfully then resell at higher rate or partition the hell out of that place and rent rooms for profit hmm.gif

huh rumahwip that bad ar? i was looking for one also and weighing between buying those or find outside. the price gap just too huge to not consider rumahwip

but at same time the consideration of the density + neighbours always concern me

Golden rule of buying rumawip,

1. Buyer must over 21 years old
2. Single buyer cannot earn more than 10k.
3. Married buyer cannot earn more than 15k.
4. Buyer must not own any house/house under buyer name in KL, but if outside KL still eligible to buy.
5. Buyer must, live or born or work in KL. If you don't have these 3, can borrow family/friends/colleague KL address to register.

1 name only eligible for 1 rumawip.

For loan, my client with RM3500 can get full RM300k loan. His DSR not burst of course.

Back to your question, how come a buyer that driving expensive car still can buy rumawip? Refer the above golden rules, oh and they most probably using their kids name.

Oh and rumawip only sell at RM300k regardless which ever floor you pick, unlike condo where pricing is different for different unit/level.

Yes rumawip also has condo level facilities, swimming pool, gym room, game room, children playground, guardhouse etc. Simply say rumawip is an affordable condo with some terms and condition.

f30 used one is only rm55K onwards lah bro

itu full spec myvi also lagi mahal rm59K but nooooooooooooo ppl still worship 10 years basic spec f30

ayam pr1ma alam damai, 1k units 1 block, maintenance fee only RM100. 6 lift + another 4 at corner lift. not even stuck in lift. consider 3 tier security but actually only 1 tier. last time gov wan to test market, so the 1st pt1ma here is damn good quality. inside ayam house, outside apa lancax also cant hear.

Bought and live in RumaWIP since 2021. So far nothing problematic, quality also ok ok la considering the price.

My main problems are some tenants bawak perangai PPR duduk sana. Curi parking orang, pretend visitor to get visitor parking, bagi makan kucing so kucing berak at motor/kereta orang, buat balcony macam bapak diorang punya siap susun kerusi macam majlis kenduri and so on.

That's also why I volunteer as JMB, kasi penalty semua yang buat hal yassssss.

They invite me for ballot, but then decided for RumaWIP yang closer to KL, lower density and 150k cheaper lol.

Tapi itulah low density maintenance mahal.

the PPR attitude also one of her complains, but i didnt say anything, scare later trigger PPR ppl riot lol

My side here pun dah mula. Barang letak kat hallway. 2 months passed masih kat hallway albeit claim "we're shifting in, letak sekejap je" laugh.gif

Last last MO+security terus sampai depan pintu suruh amek masuk.

Mine is mixed development though, bebas + WIP.

i considering also to get one rumahwip currently for own stay. call it luxury or anything but me and gf planning to get out of parents home liao due to family problems

how much you think the 10yrs lock in before can sell is gonna affect? or the neighbours being crappy af
