Weird, i eat whatever i want as long as under 1800calories + badminton once or twice a week i lost 10kg in 6 months.

Maybe should up intensity of exercise.

Nah. Sorry. Not my type of workouts.

When it comes to exercise, I'm not into this type of workouts - repetative movements, monotonous, etc. I get bored easily. I'll zzzzzzz.

I prefer to play fast sports, marital arts, MTB, etc. Got thrills.
If i Want to do weight training, i do it at home.

mana mungkin, chii got do this before and actually lost 5kg in one month, before giving up due to family pressure.
ini mesti makan snek tepi or the fruits amount is crazy alot.

Cardio is the best way to lose weight though and your heart could definitely use the cardio of you feel like getting heart attack everytime you do it. Just start slow and gradually pick up the pace. A lot of overweight people does the mistake of pushing to hard at the start when it comes to cardio.

Definitely, it's the job of a personal trainer to guide his/her to their fitness goal whatever it may be.

I've see clients that learnt and improved their physique in 1-2 months of training.
However I usually recommend online training if budget is a concern ( can pm me wink wink haha ).

Need to increase more muscle

Without muscle you burnt very little calories

Lifting weights or do body weight calisthenics for starters to build some muscles, it will increase your calories burn efficiency

In term of fitness, muscle is like passive income. Having it generate passive calories burn

Hmmm it could be a case of slow metabolism/Sarcopenia ( loss of muscle mass due to age ) or a lack of consistency. Regardless you can try for another 1-2 week. If the scale doensn't move then you can try adding in some weight training/tracking your food intake. Then you can have some data to look back on.

May I know what you mean by efficiently?

A few guidelines about weight gain.

1. Focus on protein 2g protein/kg
2. Aim for 500kcals surplus
3. Don't overdo your weight gain or the accumulated fats will be a pain to lose.
4. Gain weight slowly ( 0.25-0.5% a week is a benchmark )
5. In a weight gain phase remember to train hard so your body utilizes the calories well.

It's hard to avoid them since I have major elbow issues for 3 years. Recently healed up.

Here's what I did

1. I visited a physio as soon as my problems came up
2. I changed my exercise variations so that they dont hurt my joints
3. I take 2-3 weeks off some exercise
4. The usual sleep well, eat healthy applies

I started to training calisthenics 2 years ago to treat lower back pain caused by muscle weakness. From two rep pull up at the beginning now can do 20 rep pull up

Having steady gains, finally get my first wrist pain yesterday cry.gif

I think I need to stop weight gain and focus more on mobility and stretching. Any advice on how to strengthen ligaments and tendons?
