you keep mentioning T20 as if thats some kinda super status. so i checked meaning of T20 in malaysia. thats 10k salary average. not a lot. also what is wrong with alza? my GM (easily many X the average salary of T20) drives a camry. yup, just a camry.

the summary is, your friend shouldn't be concerned with what other ppl think. showing status is only important if your job depends on it (ie sales, investor etc). if only to show colleagues, then its stupid no?

but personally, i will pick veloz not because its more expensive, but because of the feature that alza lacks. 20k for these things like telescopic adjustable steering (this alone i will gladly pay rm5k for) and wireless android car apple play.

Yes, everybody keep talking about T20 as if you are super rich and successful, but in actual fact, T20 is just 10k income. Any decent software engineer in their early 30's could easily earn this amount. Every decently hardworking sales person selling cars, health product and insurance could also quite easily maintain this level of income.

exactly. actually there are many ninja T5 (i created this term lol) that are silently rich. they drive regular cars, live in average houses and nobody will know. these are the true T5 ninjas. they dress like regular auntie and uncles, eat at mamak shops at roadsides. nobody bats an eye.

but when they walk over to your property sales booth and revealed their capability to pay cash on several units, then u know you just met a ninja T5....

If you feel good with driving a Toyota than Perodua, then I believe it is worth spending the extra 20k.

Its better to spend extra 20k to live happier than spending 75k you always looking at other people driving the "better" car and not happy with what you are having.

T20 should be driving Lexus at least

That made in Melaka QC was bad years ago. Misaligned bumper also passed under them.

I meanwhile just make appointment for service slot, send it and take grab to work. Evening odw back pickup the car. Why so hardworking standby there?

Same factory for assembly but it drives differently. I tested both both, booked Alza but now driving Veloz 😆😆
